Needs to be heat sinked
Here is a basic pwm. By choosing the right Mosfet for this and parallel them it will certainly do the job for you. The switch selects the 3 bands of frequencies to play with. If you dont want that, then just use c1 and leave out the switch, c2 and c3. but make c1 10uf. With the component here you should go from about 1 Hz to 300 kHz more or less.
